Daniel Oliver, General Manager, Fascino
Danny realized his passion for the food industry at the early age of 14.
He began his career as a busboy in nearby Bloomfield NJ, surrounded by
the fast-paced, hectic yet beautiful atmosphere restaurant folk all know.
After studying at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, the journey
began again in the kitchen as a pizza chef. After a few years in the
kitchen, he took that passion back to the front of the house at Fascino.
It was here where he was provided an environment for him to really
excel. Danny quickly learned the elements of fine dining, progressing
from busboy, to expeditor, to waiter and then assistant manager.
As a result of all of his hard work and success, Danny is
now the General Manager. Directing all front and back of house
operations, supervising all private party planning and execution,
as well as managing regular dinner service, Danny is a key contributor
to Fascino’s stellar reputation of exceeding customer expectations.
